Exhibitor Entry Form 2024
Please complete & submit the form below to reserve your place at the 2024 Roads to Rail Rally. By submitting the form you are agreeing to conform to the Terms & Conditions outlined on this page.
Please note that due to very high demand, we are no longer able to accept exhibitor bookings online.
All car, commercial, lorry and Land Rover categories are full and we only have limited availability in steam categories. Please contact Graham Froud directly (07825 986331) or email roadstorail@swanagerailway.co.uk if you have a steam exhibit you would like to bring.
If you have already submitted an application we will be contacting accepted exhibitors around 6-8 weeks before the event with more details. Thank you.
Exhibitor Terms and Conditions
1. Vehicles MUST arrive before 9.30am or will be parked in the public car park
2. NO VEHICLE MOVEMENT during show hours (10am~5pm) unless instructed by a marshal
3. No generating sets to be run between 10.00pm and 7.00am
4. Any instructions by rally stewards/marshals MUST be adhered to
5. Terms and conditions may be changed at any time at the discretion of the organisers
6. The safety officers word is FINAL, he has the full support of the club and any offenders will be dealt with accordingly
7. Drivers of any exhibit must hold a driving licence and Road Traffic Act Third Party Insurance appropriate to the class of the exhibit
8. Contravention of any of the above may result in the exhibit and exhibitors being removed from the rally site
9. Dog owners are legally liable for their dogs, that must be kept on a lead at all times and faeces must be cleared up immediately
10. Swanage Railway complies with the General Data Protection Regulation 2018, we do not sell, share or provide any information we hold about you to any other party. All information we hold is securely stored and only used to administer the rally and the rally programme. See our Privacy page here.
11. I confirm that my exhibit will be covered by at least a £2 million public liability insurance for the duration of the rally and, where required, it will also have the necessary insurance – tests and certificates – road tax, and will only be operated by capable persons legally allowed to do so
12. Exhibitors based on the main field (Miniature steam and Stationary Engines) may only bring one vehicle per exhibit. Additional parking can be found in the camping field if needed
