Camping Rules & Terms and Conditions

Please note that camping has a minimum of two nights (£60 for 2 nights or £80 for 3 nights).

One pitch entitles 2 adults admission to the Event Rally field for the same number of camping nights.

We advise you to apply for your pitch as early as possible to ensure your booking. On receipt of your form, the application will be
considered and if we can offer a pitch you will be invoiced, requesting a 50% deposit payment within 7 days. Credit card details can be taken. Please telephone 01929 408450.
Full payment MUST be made 14 days before the event. No pitch is guaranteed until full payment is received.
